Hurricane Nolo, a zig-zagging storm, threatens Hawaii with flooding rain

Nolo will slow down as it nears Hawaii's Big Island and is expected to become a major hurricane this weekend, bringing torrential rain to areas that have been flooded by big storms this summer.
