The House Will Vote On A Select Committee To Investigate The Jan. 6 Riot

Supporters of Donald Trump try to break through a police barrier at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. The House will take up legislation Wednesday to create a select committee to investigate the insurrection.

After Senate Republicans blocked plans for an outside commission to investigate attack on the Capitol, the House will vote to create a special panel for a new investigation.
