'Tip Of The Iceberg': Economy Likely Shrank, But Worst To Come

New numbers due out from the Commerce Department are expected to show the economy shrank in the first quarter, as the coronavirus lockdown began. The second quarter is expected to be worse.

New numbers due out Wednesday are expected to show GDP contracted as the coronavirus lockdown began. It would be the first quarterly drop in six years and a precursor to a deep recession.
