Chicago To Get Its First Black Female Mayor As Candidates Head To Runoff

Mayoral candidate Toni Preckwinkle appears with supporters Tuesday night in Chicago.

Lori Lightfoot and Toni Preckwinkle, both African-American women, got the most votes out of 14 candidates in Chicago's mayoral election Tuesday night. They'll head to a run-off election on April 2.
