Street fighting breaks out in Kyiv as Russian troops press toward Ukraine's capital

An apartment building damaged following a rocket attack on the city of Kyiv, Ukraine, Saturday, where street fighting broke out as Russian troops advanced and city officials urged residents to take shelter.

Russian troops moved on Ukraine's capital as the country's president refused an American offer to evacuate. "The fight is here," he said.
